Returns & Replacements Policy
All products listed on this invoice remain the property of Zainab International Pty Ltd until full payment is received in AUD. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and verify all aspects of pricing, quantity, and product quality upon delivery. Claims related to pricing, discrepancies, or quality will not be accepted more than 24 hours after delivery. After this period, no further claims will be considered.
For products with a six-month shelf life, clients must notify us at least three months before the expiration of the shelf life if they are unable to sell the product. Failure to provide this notice will result in the client assuming full responsibility for the unsold inventory. Zainab International Pty Ltd will not accept returns or replacements for products with less than three months of shelf life remaining.
Once a product exceeds six months of shelf life, it is no longer the responsibility of Zainab International Pty Ltd. No claims, returns, or replacements will be accepted for such products under any circumstances.
This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which allows businesses to limit their liability in regard to unsold or expired products, provided the terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon by the customer.
